Craziest things sold on ebay.

The item that I found might not be the weirdest or even the most eye catching, but it did cost a lot of money. This item was found under the title the top 10 weird eBay stuff sold on eBay. I found the window that John F. Kennedy was shot out of. The picture shows the frame work of the window with a description attached to the bottom. The description talks about the shooting, giving date, time and other information about the assassination. There was 188 bids on this window, but only one would be the winner. The winning bid went for 3,001,501.00. I would be willing to guess that this item has to be in the top 10 most expensive things sold on eBay too.

What I did on Wendsday.

One of my best friends showed up on Tuesday in Mankato. He was visiting from Wartburg, a small college in Iowa. Even though he knew it was the middle of the week he wanted to have some fun in Mankato. He has always been the friend to talk his way out of everything or talk his way into making you do everything. Tuesday night he talked me and my other best friend into going to the casino at nine o 'clock p.m.. We final arrived back in Mankato at midnight and found a small party to attend. Then Wednesday rolled around and it was super hot out. We played tennis, I took Matt on a tour of Mankato States campus, and introduced him to many people. It was getting late in the day on Wednesday and of course Matt talked me out of going to class. We ate out at Mexican Village, then went to a friends house from high school. I am sad i missed your class but i couldn't let my best friend down by not showing him a good time at Mankato!

TOY

My favorite toy as a child was my red ridder BB gun. My grandpa gave it to me as a birthday present when i was young. My whole family hunted, and hunting was the normal thing to do. Now that I had my gun i was just as cool as my older cousins that actually went hunting . I would walk around my grandpa's farm thinking i was on extreme hunting expeditions. I think this toy got me outside doing something, unlike kids favorite toys today like video games. My red ridder BB gun could not of been a better toy to grow up with.

T.V. Show

My favorite T.V. show is that 70's Show. The thing that is the most appealing to me is how well the cast acts with one another. It seems like the actors are best friends in real life because they seem so close on stage. I think everyone can relate to a subject or character on this show. Another reason I like this show is the content is so sarcastic. I think sarcastic humor is the best kind, and that's why this is my favorite show.

extreme emotion

I do not have a great deal of extreme emotions. One of the biggest emotions that I have experienced was last semester. It was the weekend before finals week, I was studying all my material I need to complete my exams for the following week. I was already stressed out to the extreme with everything going on, but on top of that I received an email. In this email it stated that I did not turn in an ACT score to the University. This was in fact not true, I gave my ACT score to my high school, and they were suppose to send a official copy to the University. The email also stated that if I did not turn in my ACT score before Monday at eight o' clock I could not take my final exam. Now you can imagine the stress I was going through on top of everything else. In the long run everything turned out fine, my high school gave the University the transcript and I took my final exam.

spring break

Ethan did a lot of nothing over spring break. He went home after school was let out only for a couple days. He came back to Mankato and stayed with some friends in their house. I am sure if your were to ask him if they partied a lot, his answer would probably be yes. He thought it was unfair for everyone to be attend these wild spring festivities, so he and his friends created their own way of having fun.
Monday was the first night his spring break festivities started. He went bowling with some of his friends at the local bowling ally, the bonus being it was dollar bowl with dollar beers all night. The weather to everyone surprise was actually really nice, reaching 57 degrees one day. Since Ethan and his friends are so smart they took advantage of the nice weather and grilled out numerous days. Later on in the week his ideas started to run dry, along with all of his friends, so they decided it would be a good idea to clean the house. This seemed like a good idea at the time for the gang, but soon into the cleaning everyone realized what a mistake they started. Then the weekend came, reality of school started to set back into the minds of Ethan and his friends, creating heart acke. They all made the best out of their spring break in Mankato, soon school started back up and everyone took their separate ways.

Family Story

My horrible family vacation over MEA break four years ago. My dad works for northwest, and most employees that work for northwest recieve free air fair. There is a catch behind the free air fair, just like the saying there is no such thing as a free lunch. The deal behind the free air fair is the employees get any open seats on the plane if its not sold out, so if there are no open seats you have to wait for the next plane.
My dad plans a trip to New York City over MEA, everyone knows flying to New York is expensive and can be hard to get tickets. My family arrives at the airport at four thirty in the morning, we arrive at the gate to board the plane and everything is fine. The next thing we know my dad is called to the front desk and to our surprise there is no open seats on the plane. The next flight is a hour later, and there is a flight going out of Minneapolis every hour tell six o'clock p.m.. A hour later we arrive at our next gate, which happens to be across the airport, how convenient right? My family and I wait for all the people to board the plane, then my dad walks up to the front desk to see if there are any open seats, shockingly the answer is no. This happens for the next five planes going out of Minneapolis. It is now 10:30 in the morning and after running to and from different gates all day we are just ready to give up. Just when my family is ready to go my dad receives a phone call from one of his co-worker and he is happy to inform us that if we wait three more hours at the airport we can catch a plane. At this point everyone in my family is ready to ripe each others heads off, but we hold our cool and we get on the plane three hours later.
